We want you to feel great about your purchase! That’s why we offer flexible options—right up until your furniture is on its way.

Before Delivery or Pickup: 
Changed your mind? No problem! In-stock items can be returned or exchanged any time before they're picked up or delivered.

After Delivery or Pickup:
Because your health and safety matter to us, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once items have been delivered to your home or picked up from our warehouse. This helps us ensure every product we deliver stays clean and hygienic.

Custom Orders:
For custom pieces made just for you, a 20% non-refundable deposit is required when the order is placed. Please note: arrival dates for custom or out-of-stock items are estimates and may shift due to supplier or shipping delays beyond our control.
